Vic was born in the UK and grew up in New Zealand. His early career was involved in teaching. He has been involved in the recruitment industry for the last 18 years, 16 of which have been in Asia.

        His early recruitment experience was in the industrial sector. Since 1996 however he has been focused on sourcing senior talent in the ICT sector with a special focus on the Consulting & Professional Services industries. Placements have included senior executives up to and including Partners for global Strategy & Multi disciplinary firms.

        华南理工大学工学学士，90年代初赴澳大利亚深造，在悉尼大学、悉尼理工大学修读亚洲研究和MBA课程。1997年开始涉足人力资源管理顾问领域，同年参与设立鹰柏广州，现任鹰柏（中国）资深合伙人。

        擅长领域：组织发展、变革管理咨询、促进式培训、企业家5M领导力开发。

        12年顾问行业经验，期间为超过40家世界500强企业、中国民营企业提供人力资源顾问服务，其中包括通用电气（GE）、巴斯夫化工（BASF）、飞利浦（PHILIPS）、日立（HITACHI）、弗兰卡（FRANKE）、FM Global、美国项目管理协会PMI、NPI、沙伯SABIC、派克笔集团（PARKER PEN)、希捷（SEAGATE）、英国太古集团(SWIRE GROUP)、广州轻纺城、慧谷化学等机构。

        工程学硕士，20年国内外工作经验，包括国内外企业技术、管理经验。2003年在鹰柏深圳公司开始猎头顾问的工作，拥有丰富的中高级管理职位的猎聘经验。
