  One of the largest household product companies based in USA is looking for experienced Supply Chain Professionals to manage the procurement process fro sourcing through manufacturing process.  
     
     
  Responsibilities:  
     
     
  Coordinates sourcing projects with US head office, make sure projects are completed on time, within budget and meeting target.
Develops full understanding of global market supply / demand dynamics and supply base for commodity / area assigned.
Develops and manages world-class supplier relationships to ensure maximum value is delivered to businesses.
Measure supplier performance, negotiate and administer contracts & drive continuous improvement through value-added activities, including cost reduction while insuring security of supply and quality to company required standards.
Coordinates the cross-group development of company¡¯s demand on a worldwide / regional basis and meet all company delivery and quality requirements.
Support improvement initiatives with existing product lines to include driving productivity, supplier development, and quality.
Manages commodity relationships across groups to ensure maximum participation and leverage. Identifies, measures and documents cost savings goals and objectives to realize opportunities and achieve cost reduction targets.
 
     
     
  Requirements:  
     
     
  At least 6 years relevant experience in purchasing and procurement, manufacturing or relevant business experience. Preferably Housewares Industry.
Bachelor Degree ¨C Supply Chain Management or related field, Mechanical Engineering background.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Good business ethic and integrity with basic legal knowledge.
Good command of oral and writing English.
