| Our client, a multinational bank, is currently seeking an experienced senior legal manager to be based in their Shanghai Office. | ||
| Responsibilities: | ||
| Review the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure alignment with local regulations and Bank's internal practices. Provide opinion and advice on legal, compliance &audit issues in carrying out business activities. Develop programs to enhance awareness of banking laws and regulatory compliance amongst bank staff. |

| Requirements: | ||
| University degree & aboveŁ¬Law or relative major. Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Multinational Company, Financial Institutions preferable but not necessary. Sound knowledge of banking and other relevant laws and regulations, with good relationship with local regulatory bodies. Strong analytical and execution skills. Strong interpersonal and communications skills with both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Good interpersonal skills and be able to interact with different levels in the organizations. |
