| New product developments for silicone used for personal care business. Application developments by working closely with marketing and commercial team to grow business. Establish database by providing formula for personal care products and conducting performance test according to customers¡¯ requirements. Provide presentations/trainings for distributors, customers, and in key exhibition/conference. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Minimum 3- years solid experience in personal care/cosmetic industry, additional experience in surfactant or silicone is certainly a plus. Master degree or above major in cosmetic, surfactant science, fine chemistry, or relevant disciplines. Ability to think creatively, self-motivated, target oriented, good interpersonal communication skills. Good presentation skill, fluent in both written and oral English. |
