| Responsibilities: | ||
| Responsible for top-line growth by positioning current silicone products in new applications, as well as identifying opportunities for future product development. Formulating and testing of silicone surfactants and amine catalysts used in the production of Polyurethane foam. Provide technical support to customers and the sales team through effective presentations. Focus expertise to invent, develop and apply new technology for additives for the polyurethanes industry using statistical design of experiments to deliver Six Sigma performance. Extend rigor to take new products from the laboratory to the commercial stage. Assist with troubleshooting on internal and external product quality issues. |

| Requirements: | ||
| MS or PhD in physical chemistry, chemistry, polymer science, or related field. 3-5 years experience in performance evaluation and formulation of polyurethane foam. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of innovation and product introduction in the Polyurethane foam Industry. |
