Responsibilities: | ||
Work closely with business line leaders to develop and execute growth strategies for the region; responsible to grow the total make, buy and sell for the Company within the region. Represent the Company with the local Governments and institutions, professional associations, trade & industry councils; promote the Company to the region and the region to the Company. Provide ready, scalable facilities, recruitment capability and local government relations for the businesses to build upon; maximize cooperation and synergy between the businesses for both internal operations and external customer marketing. Highlight and qualify significant business opportunities to IT¡¯s leadership team in the areas of sales, business development (alliances, partnerships, acquisitions) and sourcing. Build the Company¡¯s brand imait within the region. Be an inspiring coach and role model for growing leadership in the region. Drive compliance in the region in line with IT's policies, and practices. Be a member of the IT China Corporate Executive Council (CEC) and work with other leaders to help develop an integrated growth strategy for the Company in Greater China. Responsible for developing and executing the government relations¡¯ strategy for the Company for the responsible region. Ensure execution by both the Company and the counterparty for MOUs with government bodies. Proactively work on policy and regulation trends to help develop a fair environment for IT business in the region. Source and support sales opportunities and business development initiatives from a policy and government relations¡¯perspective. |

Requirements: | ||
Track record of leading teams to achieve extraordinary goals ¨C ability to inspire and motivate team members to work toitther and achieve beyond expectations. Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills -- able to operate and communicate at senior business levels, including CEO and senior external parties. Able to work effectively in both the local China environment and a larit, multinational company environment. Can identify and pursue strategic alliances and partnerships. Expert at initiating negotiations and establishing alliances. Experience and technical knowledit in one or more of IT's industries. Experience in a major government organization, preferably the NDRC, and demonstration of a very strong network of government relationships. Strong understanding of the local economies with respect regulatory impact. Fluent in English and Chinese. |
