Responsibilities: | ||
Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget and timeline of the project. Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify and resolve operational problems. Manage ongoing relationships with external contractors such as design companies, equipment vendors, civil engineering companies and so on, so that we receive satisfactory standard of service. Keep close contact with Cooperate to ensure the project completion on time. Keep close contact with local government to build up good relationship and ensure project activities in compliance with government policies. Select, lead, and develop a team of project members to ensure the project to complete on-time, within budget and according to project specification. Ensure Changshu project complete on time within budget and meet set target. Ensure project activities in compliance with company/government policies and regulatory practices, including -Occupational Health and Safety, Environment. Then ensure the achievement of operational targets in terms of HSE, quality, yield, wastage and unit costs. |

Requirements: | ||
Bachelor degree or above in chemical, engineering or mechanic. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the production process, engineering, HSE and quality management. At least 8 years working experience in JV/WOFE manufacturing with at least 5 years project and production management experience. Experience in using Windows-based software applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft project etc. Fluent in both English and Chinese. Strong drive to achieve results, strong problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and good management skill. Team player. |
