| Responsibilities: | ||
| Improve the manufacturing activity in a very fast growing business dedicated to vacuum and motor production (Stamping, injection, sub-assembly and finish goods). Develop the manufacturing capability of the team and manage it. Work closely with the European and US staffs to develop quickly and strongly the transfer and / or creation of business. Participates to Qualify suppliers in accordance with corporate technical and quality standards and business requirements. Aids in the development of International projects linked to various industries and applications. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Bachelor degree in engineering (Preferably Mechanics and Production). Solid project management experience, strong managerial and communication skills. Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing of industrial products, preferably in the motor or home appliance field. Familiarity with international technical and quality standards (ISO 9001- 2000, TS, CE, UL-CSA). Familiarity with injection, assembly and other production processes. Good command of Mandarin and English. Effective problem-solver and strong sense of urgency. Job Location: Shenzhen. |
