Operation Manager


	Our client is a famous multinational company in chemical industry.


	Manage functions including production, process, Quality, maintenance and project management. Plan and implement strategy for operational management and development, in accordance with growth objectives and policies. Supervise Operations staff to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards. Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that plant and equipment is effectively maintained to ensure maximum production efficiency. Develop and implement short and long term plans to ensure that the factory has the necessary resources to meet business objectives. Organize all production operations to ensure that output and quality targets are achieved and that all relevant health, safety and environment standards are observed. Manage expansion and equipment/process improvement projects to meet the organization. Prepare, monitor and control operation budget to ensure that all financial and business objectives are met. Assist Senior Management to determine capital requirements and effectively manage capital planning and spending. Provide regular reports on business and operational performance to Senior Management. Maintain good relationships with local authorities.


	Bachelor degree or above in chemical, engineering or mechanic. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the production process, engineering and quality management. At least 8 years working experience in JV/WFOE manufacturing with at least 5 years production management experience. Experience in using Windows-based software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Fluent in both English and Chinese. Strong drive to achieve results, strong problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and good management skill.
