| Responsibilities: | ||
| Provide management and leadership to the Asia based sourcing activities of the Company with special focus on the management,with the guidance of the Company Senior Leadership. Be responsible for whole global sourcing business in Asia. Working with European Head-quarter sourcing team to identify sourcing opportunities for relevant components from Asia suppliers. Overall leadership of operations and sourcing activities in Asia, including Engineering, Production and Quality. Identify and implement market development activities/ actions. Preparation of annual budgets and monitoring of its execution. Liaise with HQ and other organizations of the company as needed. Ensure that all synergies are individualized and utilized for cost reductions. Performs benchmarks and market analyses to ensure competitive pricing, technology and to identify potential vendors in Asia region. Making related sourcing strategy. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Bachelor degree or above. Mechanic, Material Engineering Major. At least 12 years working experience under the same position. Excellent English both in spoken & written. Good communication & interpersonal skills, team-work spirit, good motivation skill. |
