| Responsibilities: | ||
| Analyze and draft a variety of legal documents and other materials, including correspondence, reports, contracts and agreements in English and Mandarin. Handle legal matters, anticipate and drive solutions for transactions. Involve and coordinate external lawyers and other Legal counsels. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Bachelor degree in Law, PRC Lawyer qualification is a plus. 5 years working experience in legal position with MNCs. Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English. |
