  Our client is an U.S company. Their products are high-performance and highly differentiated, serving a variety of end-use markets, including, data networking, entertainment, industrial automation, consumer electronics, computers, telecom equipment, aerospace and defense markets.  
     
     
  Responsibilities:  
     
     
  Responsible for P&L for overall OEM business.
Coordinates the overall financial policies in order to ensure that the necessary internal accounting controls and procedures are in place to safeguard the assets of the division.
Oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, and insurance.
Oversees the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve short and long range goals in sales revenue, profit, net income and overall market position.
Responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of the division's products and/or services in both distribution and OEM channels to market.
Establishes and directs the strategic long-term goals, policies and procedures for the information systems department.
Determines the long-term systems needs and hardware acquisitions to accomplish the division's business objectives relative to management information, financial planning and control, manufacturing control, order processing, etc.
Oversees all aspects of the division's international operations and activities including the division's presence in major foreign markets.
Responsible for directing all activities, policies, and developments of business units in other countries.
Oversees all aspects of the division's manufacturing and product procurement processes to maximize utilization of equipment and personnel, ensuring that the manufacturing operation is consistently a low cost producer of high quality products.
Oversees product development and manufacturing strategies from a design and engineering standpoint.
Directs all aspects of the division's materials management policies, objectives, and initiatives inclusive of the purchase of raw materials, supplies, and equipment.
Directs the division's engineering effort, which includes the formulation of engineering strategic plans, programs and policies to ensure improvement of the company¡¯s competitive position within the industry.
Oversees the planning, direction, and coordination of the distribution of the division's products on a timely basis to obtain maximum sales potential.
Responsible for the maintenance of a logistics system capable of meeting the stated service requirements of the company.
Responsible for the oversight of the total quality management function in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and the principles of continuous improvement listed in the company procedures.
 
     
     
  Requirements:  
     
     
  Have a sound educational background such as university undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering, technical or business management. MBA and equivalent qualification preferred.
Have over 15 years product engineering, OEM marketing and sales and finance experience plus more than 5 years management experience with P&L responsibility. Have gained prior experience in similar industry and have a proven track record of OEM manufacturing settings.
Have prior successful experience and knowledge with metric management system. Cable and wiring, electronic, electrical channel distribution experience is a plus.
