| Responsibilities: | ||
| Overall responsibility for the daily operation of the company and for the achievement of the budget. Supervise and motivate a management team of several department heads as well as a workforce of 300 people. Recommend and implement strategic and operational changes including the management and monitoring of all costs and schedules. Take effective measures to control costs and ensure product quality in the workshops. |

| Requirements: | ||
| At least 3 years of experience in managing a manufacturing company in China, experience in the automotive sector is a plus. High level of both oral and written communication skills in English, good understanding of European and Chinese mentality. |
