Lead a finance team of 9 to 10 staffs, be able to define their job scopes and allocate job responsibilities as appropriate.
Set up and implement company internal control policies and procedures.
Develop finance department staffs through hands-on coaching in daily work and continuously improve the overall skill level of the team.
Be responsible for the daily accounting work and ensure that accounting records are complied with statutory legal, accounting and tax regulations as well as filing requirements.
Be responsible for the month end and year end closing and management reporting according to the corporate requirements and ensure the adherence to the deadlines.
Be responsible for supporting business to achieve company target by providing timely and accurate financial analysis and valid professional advice.
Be able to understand business and approach objectives fairly quickly.
Be able to work as a business partner to the business team by providing professional supports while ensuring controls are still in place and effectively implemented.

At least 8 years of working experience and at least 3 years as accounting manager or finance manager in a multinational Auto manufacturing company.
Mature and independent.
Be familiar with SAP system, implementation experience preferred.
Be familiar with statutory legal, accounting and tax regulations.
CPA qualification preferred.
A good coach and team player as being initiative, positive and open-minded.
An effective communicator with good command of English.
Work smartly under pressure.
