Currently they are seeking an Engineering Dept. Director to replace for the western expatriate. | Responsibilities: | ||
| Lead and develop the engineering department team. Responsible for leading the department to ensure the technical project and engineering support for all product lines or division in the organization. Develop the engineering function to support the business growth. Define and recommend overall engineering strategy and objectives to help ensure the unit achieves its overall business objectives. Coordinate with other functions in order to establish and maximize allocation of resources, costs and time frames for projects. Coordinate and execute all investment activities. Provide training and development on engineering standards and technical skills. |

| Requirements: | ||
| University degree or above, Mechanical Engineering or relative major . 10 years above working experience in mechanical / automation industry . 5 years above Engineering Management experience in multinational invested company is necessary. Strong people management and motivation skill . Excellent communication and problem solving skill. Notion of Finance economy. |
