  Our client, a multinational corporation, is currently seeking an experienced Deputy Hr Manager to be based in their Shanghai Office.  
     
     
  Responsibilities:  
     
     
 

Act as a consultant to local managers to support the plans and activities undertaken to achieve company mission and goals.
Partner with business managers to define, develop and implement HR programs to support the business needs of the organization.
Be responsible for the organization design.
Establish & Develop company motivation & incentive system, foster & enhance company culture.
Establish HR strategies for the entities.
Develop and execute HR solutions to support organization development or for the specific project etc.
Provide efficient and effective recruitment for senior manager and below.
Set up approved policies and practices within client group covering several areas including compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, safety and organization development.
Coach managers and employees on how to use performance management tools, including the competency concept, appraisal system, etc.
Develop the organization effectiveness analysis and help the responsible business unit to develop the practical action plan Involve in the board meeting.
Closely contact with all function departments.
Constantly contact with the local governments, Labor Bureau, Social Insurance Bureau.

 
     
     
  Requirements:  
     
     
 

Minimum 8 years of HR experience with which 3 years must be at supervisory level .
Bachelor degree and above, in Human Resource Management or relevant major or MBA.
Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Familiar in management operations and overall HR concepts and practices, e.g. job evaluation, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.
Strong drive to achieve, mature, confident and honest, coupled with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management and implementation skills.
Good understanding of business and company culture.
Good grasp of individual and managerial competences subscribed by the company .
Analytical and effective facilitation skills.
