Partner with business managers to define, develop and implement HR programs to support the business needs of the organization.
Be responsible for the organization design.
Establish & Develop company motivation & incentive system, foster & enhance company culture.
Establish HR strategies for the entities.
Develop and execute HR solutions to support organization development or for the specific project etc.
Provide efficient and effective recruitment for senior manager and below.
Set up approved policies and practices within client group covering several areas including compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, safety and organization development.
Coach managers and employees on how to use performance management tools, including the competency concept, appraisal system, etc.
Develop the organization effectiveness analysis and help the responsible business unit to develop the practical action plan Involve in the board meeting.
Closely contact with all function departments.
Constantly contact with the local governments, Labor Bureau, Social Insurance Bureau. |
