  Our client is a famous US company in tele-communication and industrial field. They have several Manufacturing Plants, Sales Branches, and R&D Center in China and is seeking for talented HR people to join their strategic HR Team.  
     
     
  Responsibilities:  
     
     
  Work with Plant GMs and group AP Headquarters management to coordinate and monitor an effective HR Program.
Supervise all employees in the HR Department.
Plan and direct all plants, sales branches and R&D Center in China HR activities.
Interpret and assure compliance with China labor laws and company¡¯ policies; Direct the development of China HR polices.
Direct the recruiting and staffing functions; Conduct training at all levels to upgrade associates¡¯ skills; Administer employee benefit programs, salary administration to maintain a good employee relationship.
Maintains a comprehensive Human Resource Information to support company objectives.
 
     
     
  Requirements:  
     
     
  A university degree or equivalent is required. MBA preferred.
Above 10years of experience in HR management or supervisory positions.
Should be knowledgeable of Plant operation and Company organization.
A strong working knowledge of human resources principles.
Strong ability of public relations.
Practices good interpersonal and communications skills.
Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a self-starter and motivated.
