  Our client, a famous industry company in the world, is currently seeking a C&B Manager in its China Holding Co., Ltd.The company operates in 70 countries, employs 53,000 people and has annual sales of €12.7 billion. In China, it has had 8 JVs and nearly 10 wholly owned companies with strong business growth. The position will oversee the design, development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefit programmers for businesses in Greater China.  
     
     
  Responsibilities:  
     
     
 

Takes an active role in the review and development of compensation and benefits programmers to meet the changing needs of the business and support strong business growth strategy in Greater China.
Works closely with business leaders and the Head of HR to ensure sound compensation & benefits Strategy and initiatives to support building a world class organization.
Provides consulting services in the areas of performance management, job scoping, stock options, incentive & benefits design, policy & system development, recognition and change management.
Manages the administration of international assignment process and update the local policy from time to time.


 
     
     
  Requirements:  
     
     
 
Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
5+ years related experience with at least 2 years in a Compensation and Benefits leadership role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of job evaluation methodology.
Prior experience working with multinational firms.
Fluent in English.
