  Our client is an U.S company. Their products are high-performance and highly differentiated, serving a variety of end-use markets, including, data networking, entertainment, industrial automation, consumer electronics, computers, telecom equipment, aerospace and defense markets.  
     
     
  Responsibilities:  
     
     
  Develop business development strategy to grow the company’s business. Work independently to explore the market and search for business opportunity in Korea.
Approach and maintain good relationship with target key accounts in Korea.
Continuously improve the customer satisfaction through the strategic and tactical methods in the region.
Conduct sales meeting and communicate new strategies to the sales account force, supervise and train subordinates.
Establish sales account quotas and achieve regional sales target as required by company.
Support and lead team to implement the project.
 
     
     
  Requirements:  
     
     
  University Degree (preferably in Business / Engineering / Marketing).
8+ years working experience in business development / channel management.
Strong commercial orientation, business development skills.
Proficiency in English and Korean.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
