| Report to: General Manager - Manufacturing / MBB - Greater China; Be responsible for improving processes by collecting and analyzing quality measurements; Drive the use of statistical methods of problem solving and direct/steer projects in key process areas; Train and educate employees on six sigma concepts and tools; Review progresses and issues of key initiative to business leadership and process teams; Find areas of improvement, and start projects on his/her own. |

| Requirements: | ||
| Bachelor Degree; Experienced in manufacturing industry, familiar with manufacturing process; Strong computer operation skills is essential; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong leadership and communication skills; Good command of both spoken and written English. |
