Assist North Asia locations (plants / laboratory/offices / warehouses/tollers) in implementing Regional HESS annual targets as well as EHSS Challenge directed by Regional EHSS Director.
Assist locations (plants/ laboratory / offices / warehouses/tollers) in complying with Engineering standards, Country engineering & construction standards, Division Best Practices.
Carry out EHSS audits as necessary to meet annual compliance to EHSS Letter of assurance, as directed by Regional Director.
Carry out training at locations through out China/Korea to enhance EHSS compliance to EHSS requirements including workplace monitoring & engineering standards as well contribute to the setting up of new standards/procedures.
Help implement EHSS codes and procedures in North Asia to raise EHSS standards, Pandemic Readiness, Business Continuity Plan, & Emergency Response.
Carry out and assist in the implementation in EHSS plants as well as train personnel in the procedures to complete projects to meet standards.

To do the job fully and well, the incumbent must be conversant with the installation, the HESS system of work and the influencing skills in order to deliver the results.
The job holder is expected to possess exemplary initiatives to create behavioral changes among the shop floor staff in order to achieve the aspirations of the company.
HESS requirements are fast changing. The HESS manager must keep up with the new legislation of the country and the new initiatives of the company.
The job holder needs to interact and work with all levels of staff within the company. Externally, the main contacts will be the regulatory authorities.
The job holder must have tertiary education, with a minimum of four years of relevant post graduate working experience.
