| Requirements: | ||
| University graduates, major in finance or accounting; At least 3 years working experience in finance industry; Bancassurance experience preferred; Familiar with insurance product; Professional financial knowledge required; Excellent business management ability; Good negotiation and interpersonal skill ability; Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English; Self motivated with results orientation. 30~40岁，大学本科或以上学历； 三年以上银行保险管理经验，有金融服务行业销售及银行从业经验者优先； 优秀的业务拓展，策划和人员管理才能； 语言表达能力较好，具备较强的协调、沟通、分析问题和解决问题的能力。 |
