  The company is a US company.  
     
     
  Responsibilities:  
     
     
  Support all engineering teams and operations in Beijing, Wuxi and Shenzhen and maintain a close update with AP Engineering Manager for any key engineering initiative execution and implementation.
Play a strategic role for leading the china engineering teams in terms of elevating the techhnical skill set in diecut process/tools design and label printing technology;
Liaise closely with all Sales and Operation managers on any new requirements by customers with technical solutions for new machines and capacity increase;
Provide technical advice to operation teams and ensure plans to meet production quality;
Prepare and execute all transfer projects ensuring adherence with budget and schedule;
Lead all engineering key initiatives for effective implementation.
 
     
     
  Requirements:  
     
     
  Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or Tooling Design). Master degree is of preference but not a must;
Must have min. 10 years of working industrial experience with at least 5 year of managerial responsibility in the engineering/manufacturing environment; (Some tooling design knowledge is preferred)
Posses good analytical and troubleshooting skills;
Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Fluency in English language is required;
Individual must have some good business acumen skills and able to work flexibly in the challenging environment;
Good positive attitude, proactive, result-oriented with strong leadership qualities;
Good working knowledge of PC is required.
