  The company is a global 500 US company.  
     
     
  Responsibilities:  
     
     
  Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies in China.
Sales
Lead and develop sales and marketing team;
Develop and execute sales strategy and plan for OE, OES and IAM;
Develop business relationship with OE customers and key IAM distributors;
Conduct regular business visits to key customers;
Work out sales forecast on rolling-quarter basis;
Develop and control sales and marketing expense budgets;
Report sales and market trends to GM and sales functional VP;
Develop and maintain pricing strategy;
Work with related department to satisfy customer needs.
Marketing
Develop and execute marketing strategy to achieve company objectives;
Develop and execute marketing plans regarding product, positioning & customer service for Bendix & Jurid brands;
Select and co-ordinate with advertising, P.R. agencies and research companies;
Organize and co-ordinate market research activities;
Maximise Corporate and Brand exposure and ensure the correct use of logos and trade mark;
Assist in development of STRAP & AOP;
Ensure effective communication with internal & external customers.
 
     
     
  Requirements:  
     
     
  University degree or above;
Solid Sales & Marketing experience in industrial, automotive products is referred;
Experience with Foreign enterprise or JV is preferred;
Self-motivated, objective oriented;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Good command of English is a must.
